Anti-ZNF284 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 284. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 593 amino acid residues and a mass of 69 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is reported to be expressed in the lung, liver, pancreas and thymus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF284 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF284 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. These ZNF284 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
