Anti-LRRC34 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 34. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 464 amino acid residues and a mass of 51.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus and fallopian tube. LRRC34 is known to be involved with cell differentiation. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 34. LRRC34 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some LRRC34 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
