Anti-OTU deubiquitinase 4 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene OTUD4 in humans. The gene may also be known as HIN1, DUBA6, HSHIN1, OTU domain-containing protein 4, and HIV-1 induced protein HIN-1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 124 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
