Anti-NRIP2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein nuclear receptor interacting protein 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 281 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the cerebellum and kidney. NRIP2 is known to be involved with the regulation of transcription and the Notch signaling pathway. NRIP2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some NRIP2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
