Anti-RNF151 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ring finger protein 151. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 245 amino acid residues and a mass of 27.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. RNF151 is suspected to be involved in acrosome formation of spermatids. RNF151 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the RNF151 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
