Anti-ZNF561 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 561. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 486 amino acid residues and a mass of 55.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF561 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF561 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
