Anti-ZNF555 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 555. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 628 amino acid residues and a mass of 73.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF555 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF555 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF555 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
