Anti-ZNF234 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 234. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 700 amino acid residues and a mass of 80.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF234 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include ZNF269, C2-H2 type zinc finger protein, Homo sapiens zinc finger 234, zinc finger protein 234, partial sequence, zinc finger protein 269, and HZF4. ZNF234 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF234 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
