Anti-MADM antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MADM is a known alias name of the protein nuclear receptor binding protein 1, encoded by the NRBP1 gene in humans. This 535-amino acid residue protein is known to be required for embryonic development (By similarity). It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types.
