Anti-RLN1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein relaxin 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 185 amino acid residues and a mass of 21.1 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Insulin protein family, RLN1 is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways. Synonyms for this target antigen include H1RLX, RLXH1, bA12D24.3.1, bA12D24.3.2, prorelaxin H1, preprorelaxin H1, and H1.
