Anti-ZBTB34 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger and BTB domain containing 34. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 500 amino acid residues and a mass of 55.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is reported to be expressed in several tissues, including heart, brain, thymus, skeletal muscle, small intestine, testis, kidney, placenta, peripheral blood cells and adult and fetal liver. ZBTB34 is believed to be a transcriptional repressor. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 34. ZBTB34 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the Zbtb34 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
