Anti-EPHX4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein epoxide hydrolase 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 362 amino acid residues and a mass of 42.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is a member of the Epoxide hydrolase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include abhydrolase domain-containing protein 7, epoxide hydrolase-related protein, and abhydrolase domain containing 7. EPHX4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some EPHX4 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
