Anti-ZC3H10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger CCCH-type containing 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 434 amino acid residues and a mass of 46.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. ZC3H10 is a reported specific regulator of miRNA biogenesis. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger CCCH domain-containing protein 10 and zinc finger CCCH-type domain containing 10. ZC3H10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ZC3H10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
