Anti-TMEM144 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 144. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 345 amino acid residues and a mass of 37.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the TMEM144 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include SLC35G7. TMEM144 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These TMEM144 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
