Anti-SLC45A4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein solute carrier family 45 member 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 768 amino acid residues and a mass of 83.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the Glycoside-pentoside-hexuronide (GPH) cation symporter transporter (TC 2.A.2) protein family. SLC45A4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some SLC45A4 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. These antibodies are most commonly used in Immunohistochemistry experiments, among other applications.
