Anti-SLIL1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SLIL1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SLIT1 gene, which encodes slit guidance ligand 1. This protein is known to function in axon guidance, among other biological roles. The human version of SLIL1 has a canonical amino acid length of 1534 residues and a protein mass of 167.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be a secreted protein. This target antigen may also be known as MEGF4.
