Anti-LKN1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The LKN1 antigen is another term for the human protein C-C motif chemokine ligand 15, encoded by the CCL15 gene. The protein is reported to be a chemotactic factor that attracts T-cells and monocytes, but not neutrophils, eosinophils, or B-cells. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 113 residues and a mass of 12.2 kilodaltons. It is a secreted protein and it is notably expressed in the heart, skeletal muscle and adrenal gland. The LKN1 protein is a member of the Intercrine beta (chemokine CC) protein family. Other alias names for LKN1 include HCC-2, HMRP-2B, and LKN-1. Indicated applications for LKN1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
