Anti-ARID3C antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein AT-rich interaction domain 3C. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 412 amino acid residues and a mass of 44.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. ARID3C is known to be involved with the regulation of transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include ARID domain-containing protein 3C, AT rich interactive domain 3C (BRIGHT-like), Brightlike, and AT-rich interactive domain-containing protein 3C. ARID3C gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ARID3C antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
