Anti-ZNF681 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 681. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 645 amino acid residues and a mass of 75.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF681 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. These ZNF681 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
