Anti-ZNF599 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 599. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 588 amino acid residues and a mass of 67.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF599 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF599 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF599 antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
