Anti-PLEKHG6 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein pleckstrin homology and RhoGEF domain containing G6. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 790 amino acid residues and a mass of 89 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell projections and cytoplasm. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be highly expressed in the placenta. PLEKHG6 is known to be involved with GPCR signaling pathways. Synonyms for this target antigen include pleckstrin homology domain-containing family G member 6, PH domain-containing family G member 6, myosin II interacting GEF, myosin interacting guanine nucleotide exchange factor, and MyoGEF. PLEKHG6 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the PLEKHG6 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
