Anti-LRRC57 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 57. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 239 amino acid residues and a mass of 26.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 57. LRRC57 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the LRRC57 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
