Anti-TMEM134 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 134. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 195 amino acid residues and a mass of 21.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and cytoplasm. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cervix and esophagus. It is a member of the TMEM134/TMEM230 protein family. TMEM134 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the TMEM134 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
