Anti-Purinergic receptor P2X 7 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene P2RX7 in humans. The gene may also be known as P2X7 Receptor, P2X7R, P2X7, P2X purinoceptor 7, and ATP receptor. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 68.6 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
