Anti-TRIM60 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tripartite motif containing 60. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 471 amino acid residues and a mass of 55.1 kDa. A member of the TRIM/RBCC protein family, TRIM60 is known to be involved with protein ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include ring finger protein 129, ring finger protein 33, and tripartite motif-containing protein 60. TRIM60 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and rat species. These TRIM60 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
