Anti-ZNF157 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 157. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 506 amino acid residues and a mass of 58.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF157 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include HZF22 and zinc finger protein HZF22. ZNF157 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These ZNF157 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
