Anti-Ubiquitin specific peptidase 4 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene USP4 in humans. The gene may also be known as UNP, Unph, ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 4, and deubiquitinating enzyme 4. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 108.6 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
