Anti-IGSF22 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein immunoglobulin superfamily member 22. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 903 amino acid residues and a mass of 100.4 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. IGSF22 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are common applications for IGSF22 antibodies.
