Anti-ZNF580 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 580. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 172 amino acid residues and a mass of 18.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is reported to be expressed in endothelial cells. ZNF580 is reported to be involved in regulation of endothelial cell proliferation and migration. Synonyms for this target antigen include LDL-induced EC protein. ZNF580 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine and chimpanzee species. Some ZNF580 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
