Anti-FAM101A antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The FAM101A antigen is another term for the human protein refilin A, encoded by the RFLNA gene. The protein is reported to be involved in regulation of the perinuclear actin network and nuclear shape through interaction with filamins. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 216 residues and a mass of 23.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is expressed in the testis, stomach, small intestine, and fallopian tube. The FAM101A protein is a member of the Refilin protein family. Indicated applications for FAM101A antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
