Anti-VSOP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the VSOP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the HVCN1 gene, which encodes hydrogen voltage gated channel 1. This protein is known to function in the transport of ions, among other biological roles. The human version of VSOP has a canonical amino acid length of 273 residues and a protein mass of 31.7 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the small intestine, rectum, lymph node, colon, and appendix. VSOP is a member of the Hydrogen channel protein family. Indicated applications for VSOP antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
