Anti-NAM antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NAM antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the STAC3 gene, which encodes SH3 and cysteine rich domain 3. This protein is known to function in muscle contraction, among other biological roles. The human version of NAM has a canonical amino acid length of 364 residues and a protein mass of 41.5 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of cells. Indicated applications for NAM antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
