Anti-ZNF585B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 585B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 769 amino acid residues and a mass of 88.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF585B is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger protein 41-like protein. ZNF585B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. These ZNF585B antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
