Anti-ZNF519 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 519. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 540 amino acid residues and a mass of 63 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF519 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF519 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF519 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
