Anti-ZNF180 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 180. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 692 amino acid residues and a mass of 79.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF180 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include HHZ168. ZNF180 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF180 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
