Anti-USP35 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ubiquitin specific peptidase 35. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1018 amino acid residues and a mass of 113.4 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in the testis, pancreas and skeletal muscle. A member of the Peptidase C19 protein family, USP35 is known to be involved with protein deubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include deubiquitinating enzyme 35, ubiquitin specific protease 35, ubiquitin thioesterase 35, ubiquitin thiolesterase 35, ubiquitin-specific-processing protease 35, and ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 35. USP35 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some USP35 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
