Anti-LRRC28 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 28. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 367 amino acid residues and a mass of 41.9 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 28. LRRC28 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the LRRC28 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
