Anti-SPATA3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein spermatogenesis associated 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 192 amino acid residues and a mass of 20.9 kDa. It is notably expressed in the testis. Synonyms for this target antigen include testis and spermatogenesis cell apoptosis related gene 1, testis and spermatogenesis cell-related protein 1, testis spermatocyte apoptosis-related protein 1, and spermatogenesis-associated protein 3. SPATA3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Some SPATA3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for these antibodies.
