Anti-MURF2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MURF2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TRIM55 gene, which encodes tripartite motif containing 55. This protein is known to function in protein ubiquitination and signal transduction pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of MURF2 has a canonical amino acid length of 548 residues and a protein mass of 60.5 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the testis, skeletal muscle, heart muscle, and fallopian tube. Indicated applications for MURF2 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
