Anti-CWF19L2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein CWF19 like cell cycle control factor 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 894 amino acid residues and a mass of 103.8 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the CWF19 protein family, CWF19L2 is known to be involved with RNA splicing. Synonyms for this target antigen include CWF19-like protein 2 and CWF19 like 2, cell cycle control. CWF19L2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the CWF19L2 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
