Anti-ZNF613 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 613. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 617 amino acid residues and a mass of 70.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF613 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF613 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These ZNF613 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
