Anti-TIC antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TIC is a known alias name of the protein pleckstrin and Sec7 domain containing 4, encoded by the PSD4 gene in humans. This protein has a canonical amino acid length of 1056 residues and a mass of 116.2 kDa. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Indicated applications for TIC antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
