Anti-Receptor tyrosine kinase like orphan receptor 2 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ROR2 in humans. The gene may also be known as BDB, BDB1, NTRKR2, tyrosine-protein kinase transmembrane receptor ROR2, and neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor-related 2. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 104.8 kilodaltons in mass. The ROR2 marker can be used to identify Gray Matter CGE Interneurons.* Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
