Anti-Galectin 10 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Galectin 10 antigen is another term for the human protein Charcot-Leyden crystal galectin, encoded by the CLC gene. The protein is reported to regulate immune responses through the recognition of cell-surface glycans. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 142 residues and a mass of 16.5 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is noted to be expressed abundantly in the bone marrow. Other alias names for Galectin 10 include GAL10, Gal-10, and LGALS10. Indicated applications for Galectin 10 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
