Anti-IQGAP3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein IQ motif containing GTPase activating protein 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1631 amino acid residues and a mass of 184.7 kDa. IQGAP3 is known to be involved with the regulation of gene expression. Synonyms for this target antigen include ras GTPase-activating-like protein IQGAP3. IQGAP3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of IQGAP3 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
