Anti-CNB antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CNB antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PPP3R1 gene, which encodes protein phosphatase 3 regulatory subunit B, alpha. This protein is known to function in cardiac tissue development and lung epithelial cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of CNB has a canonical amino acid length of 170 residues and a protein mass of 19.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include CALNB1 and CNB1. Indicated applications for CNB antibodies listed below include Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
