Anti-CD85e antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CD85e antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the LILRA3 gene, which encodes leukocyte immunoglobulin like receptor A3. This protein is known to function in adaptive immune responses and cytokine-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of CD85e has a canonical amino acid length of 439 residues and a protein mass of 47.5 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be a secreted protein. Other names for this target antigen include HM31 and HM43.
