Anti-ACK1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ACK1 is a known alias name of the protein tyrosine kinase non receptor 2, encoded by the TNK2 gene in humans. This 1038-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in receptor-mediated signaling pathways and endocytosis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features ubiquitinated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for ACK1 include ACK, ACK, and ACK-1. Western Blot is the most common application for the ACK1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
