Anti-ZNF155 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 155. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 538 amino acid residues and a mass of 62.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF155 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include pHZ-96 and KRAB A domain. ZNF155 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. ELISA and Western Blot are common applications for ZNF155 antibodies.
