Anti-Dickkopf WNT signaling pathway inhibitor 3 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene DKK3 in humans. The gene may also be known as REIC, RIG, dickkopf-related protein 3, and RIG-like 5-6. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 38.4 kilodaltons in mass. The DKK3 marker can be used to identify Mueller Cells.* Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
